COVID-19 Training Safety Measures (Revised)

To create a safe training environment for everyone, all members are to adhere to the following Covid-19 Training Safety Measures during training, including any other official guidelines as required by Tiong Bahru Community Centre. Please ensure they are strictly followed to protect fellow practitioners. Thank you.

Prior To Training:
  • From 22nd Jan 2022, only fully vaccinated or participants who have recovered from COVID-19 are allow to attend training under Vaccination-Differentiated SMMs (VDS).

  • Do not attend class if you feel unwell (e.g., any runny nose, coughing) and seek medical attention immediately.

  • Participant who are issued with Health Risk Warning (close contact with confirmed case), they are to isolate for 7 days until negative. Participants are encouraged to stay home during this period if they can. Participant can attend classes as long as he/she tests negative (for a period of 7 days).

  • Inform us immeduately if you have a positive ART test result.

  • Please update us immediately should any of the above occurs.

Before Class:
  • Ensure your venue Trace Together-only SafeEntry (ToS) is recorded.

  • Sanitize your hands.

                                                                                    

During Class:
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn throughout the training.

  • PPE should consist of a MEN Full-Face Shield or Separate Eyes and Mouth Shields together with the wearing of 3 ply Medical Mask.

  • During breaks, ensure you stay within your designated group practicing safe distancing.

  • Airing of the dojo will be done before and during training.

  • No loud Kiai during training.

 

After Class:
  • Disinfect your personal equipment after practice (please bring your own sanitizer or antiseptic wipes).

  • Sanitize your hands before leaving class.

  • Ensure you check out your Trace Together-only SafeEntry (ToS).

  • Properly disinfect your gears when you return home (Bogu, Keiko-Gi Hakama, etc.).
